Bryden Homes offers a complete service from choosing the land, arranging soil tests and council approval to designing the home and building it.
We do all aspects of building work and are one of the few firms that offers a follow-up service to ensure their customers are happy with the final product.

We offer a range of pre-established (standard ) floor plans ranging from 100m2 to 400m2
These standard plans can be built as is or the plans changed to suit the clients needs.
Bryden can renovate, extend or repair your home, from old period verandahs to modern designed house additions.

We have trained personnel on hand from the removal of unwanted asbestos sheets to the final clean. Having these skills in-house minimises delays waiting for outside trades beyond their control
